Special Events
Please call for special event periods, August/International festival, Rugby,
Easter, Bank Holidays, New Year etc when rates may be slightly higher.
Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is 14 days notice. Payment will be required for bookings
cancelled within 14 days of arrival. We will endeavour to re-let rooms, however,
and if successful we will only charge 10% of the booking. Note that this cancellation
may vary during periods of special events in Edinburgh, including rugby matches,
festivals, Christmas and Hogmanay. Please ask when booking.
