We’re thrilled to welcome Rob Rave to the R.E.A.L. gang to add a fun and exciting range of business coaching services to our One Stop People Shop.

Uniquely combining over 15 years as a sports coach with business coaching and consulting, Rob will give you a unique individual or team session that goes directly to the solutions you’re seeking.

He will also run follow-up coaching sessions after training so that you get real life /real work value from any training you undertake.

He specialises in working briefly, generally working initially with you for between 1- 3 sessions to quickly help you resolve your people, relationship or performance issues.
