Giving you the peace of mind of having access to instant HR and Employment Law advice and support whenever you need it most, this is the security blanket of the business world!

For a nominal monthly fee, you can access up to half an hour of telephone or email advice and support each month. Whether 20 quick calls or one very long one – we’re not counting, and if you want help with follow-on work, we’ll quote you a fixed price up-front for easy budgeting.

Virtual HR Manager

Need an HR Manager but don't want the salary that goes with that, or have the steady volume of work to make them earn their keep? We can give you a whole day of our time each month to come in and work exclusively for you (we won't even demand our own desk!)

Yours to use however you so desire, we can hold "HR surgeries" with your staff, troubleshoot with you and your managers, or wade through that huge HR in-tray you've been saving up for us.
